Paul Mason Constructions display home has been designed by Paul and Fee Mason with sustainability in mind, from the external finishes of colour texture to the solar energy battery storage system and Velux Skylights. The front façade has a mix of face brick render and horizontal cladding leading you onto the front tiled porch.
As you step through the 1.2m wide aluminium pivot door you cannot help but notice the innovation, style and ambience.
The square set ceiling detail to the hallway extends in to the main living area giving a modern contemporary style as it sweeps up to the skylight over the kitchen, this light filled tunnel beams down and fills the kitchen with light and highlighting the beautiful Staturio venatto stone island bench the grounds the whole space, soft close cabinetry finished with Ultra Glaze black to the cupboards and shark nosed draws. Overhead cabinets have scissor hinged doors and fitted with strip lighting that not only light up the workspace but also illuminates the Staturio Venatto splash back. Completing the kitchen is the walk-in pantry with work top and a soft close barn style blonde oak door.
From the living room double blonde oak doors open into the media room, fitted with plush carpet, black out roman blinds, cabinetry,and mood lighting.
The master suite is at the rear of the home and is beautifully styled with floor to ceiling curtains and pendant lights over the bedsides.
